ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM), INCLUDING BOARD OF DIRECTOR ROLES

Elections of Board of Directors
In accordance with
RHRA bylaws there are 5 director positions up for election this year:
President - Open (2 year term)
Adam Natsheh will not be running for re-election, however will be available to guide the incoming president through the transition.
Secretary - Open (2 year term)
Dave Thomas will not be running for re-election, however will be available to guide the incoming secretary through the transition.
Directors at Large (3 positions open, 1 or 2 year terms available)
Director at Large is a new role replacing other assigned responsibility roles such as VP Regional, VP Provincial, Tournament Chair, etc. The role allows the director to participate in board discussions and vote on key decisions, while adding flexibility in applicable responsibilities.
Nominations for director positions may be submitted by email to president@rhringette.com and admin@rhringette.com. Submissions should include the written consent of the nominee by electronic signature and must be submitted June 15, 2025.
Open Coordinator Roles
RHRA is in need of volunteers for the following coordinator roles: Equipment Loan / Social Media / Jersey Coordinator
Director Roles Not Up for Election
Vice President - Annette Mews will continue in the role through the remainder of the term which ends following the 2025/2026 season.
Treasurer - Luisa Gale will continue in the role through the remainder of the term which ends following the 2025/2026 season.
